I’m looking for the best!
I only use the best ingredients in my organic sourdough bread so I use the Baha Gold fine salt!!! Yup…it’s the best!!!

Mineral Salt Shaker
This is a great option to bring the benefits of this high mineral content salt to your kitchen. It’s much more convenient than the packaged product and the shaker has two sides to shake on foods or measure for cooking and hydration. Great product!

Excellent Upgrade
Absolutely love the shaker variety of Baja Gold. We’ve been used the original for some time, but now I can incorporate it more easily into food throughout the day as I cook and eat. Definitely will be getting more of this one!!!

Higher in magnesium than other natural salt brands
My family not only loves Baja Gold salt for its flavor, but it also has more magnesium than the other popular brands such as Redmond’s Real Salt or Celtic Sea Salt. Magnesium is a mineral that is depleted in soils and difficult to obtain enough from food, and any little boost helps with this crucial nutrient, as it’s responsible for so many biological functions! But perhaps most important of all: you can’t absorb nor create (from sunlight) vitamin D without enough magnesium. We love Baja Gold!
