You know that smoky, sweet, peppery smell that drifts over the fence and makes everyone wish they were eating at your place? That's Baja BBQ.
This bold BBQ rub combines Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt with paprika, onion, cane sugar, black pepper, and a blend of savory spices to deliver deep, layered flavor that caramelizes into a mouthwatering crust on anything you grill or smoke. The smoky richness of paprika meets the subtle sweetness of cane sugar and the slow burn of black pepper — every bite hits different, and every bite hits right.
Baja BBQ was made for ribs, but it doesn't stop there. It's incredible on chicken, pork, burgers, beef, seafood, and even grilled vegetables. Whether you're working the grill on a Saturday afternoon or pulling a brisket out of the smoker, this dry rub brings competition-level flavor to your backyard with zero effort.
Season meat, seafood, vegetables or eggs before cooking, or sprinkle on at the table. Start with a light pinch and adjust to taste. Each blend is built on Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt, so there is no need to add extra salt.
